The Early Bird Discounted tickets for The Together Conference 2025 "Blurred Boundaries: Sharpening Perspectives" will go live on the 1st of February 2025.

Be sure to keep up to date with what is happening behind the scenes, release date of tickets and other promotions by subscribing to our mailing list and checking in on our social media pages. 

 

Your ticket covers both conference days and even if you can't attend all sessions live; you will have post-event access to accessible, recorded sessions through the conference app. Please read the FAQs below for answers to the most common questions.

2-Day Conference Ticket. Enjoy both conference days live and also get 14 days of access to recorded sessions after the live event. Tickets go live on sale on 1st Feb 2025. 

  • Are there early-bird discounts available?
    Early bird discount will be available from 01.02.2025 until 31.03.25 to get a reduction in the General Admission conference ticket price. We have allocated some reduced price tickets for pre-registration/trainee professionals -- please contact us at admin@thetogetherconference.co.uk
  • What are the Conference languages?
    This year, the offical conference langauges are English, British Sign Language & International Sign, all sessions will have English captions. The common language for this conference will be English. Spoken Spanish and French interpretations will be avaialbe if there is sufficient demand.
  • I'd like to access the BSL and IS interpreters - how do I do that?
    The interpreters will be visible via the conference platform when accessed via a desktop or laptop computer running either Windows or MacOS. You will not be able to see them on a handheld device or tablet. You may like a second device to be able to access questions, answers and conference chat.
  • I have an additional access need; can you help me?
    We'd love to have a conversation with to make sure you can access the conference! Please email us at admin@thetogetherconference.co.uk, and one of our team will be in touch!
  • Are there CPD points available for attending the conference?
    Yes! There is a maximum of 12 CPD points available. CPD certificates will be provided for you to declare which sessions you attend.
  • Are the sessions being recorded?
    Yes. Recordings will be available for 14 days from the 5th July 2025. You can access them via the conference app. Session recordings can not be bought individually.
  • How do I download the conference platform?
    You don't need to download it; it runs in your browser. You can access it on your phone, tablet, laptop, and desktop. We will be actively updating the platform ready for, and throughout, the event. We will send you the link 7 days before the start of the conference.
  • How do I log into the virtual platform to watch the speakers?
    We will send you a link 7 days before the conference starts. From within the platform, when you're ready to join, simply click the link and you'll join the conference! (If you believe you ahve not recieved your link, please ensure you have checked your junk/deleted items for you email)
  • What can I do on the conference platform?
    Elevate your experience by accessing the full conference timetable, individual speaker bios, and our unique 'Hub' market place. Actively engage by posing questions to the speakers and networking with colleagues both in-session or privately.
  • If I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
    Tickets/Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.Recordings of all sessions, with interpretations and captions will be available, for 14 days, from the 5th July 2025. You can access them via the conference platform. CPD certificates will be provided for you to declare which sessions you attend.
  • I bought a ticket to see X speaker and they are no longer attending the event; can I get a refund?
    In the unlikely event that one of the speakers are unavailable, they will be replaced by a suitable qualified replacement speaker.
  • In the event that the conference is cancelled, will tickets be refunded?
    In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, a full refund will be issued automatically via Eventbrite.
  • Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event?
    There are a limited number of tickets available. Ticket sales will close 7 days before the start of the conference.
  • Help! I'm having an issue with the conference platform!
    We've got you! Our conference technical support team will be available throughout the event, via live chat, to help you solve any technical issues that may occur.
  • Accessibility
    Accessibility Presenters: Multiple Languages available: BSL, IS and English (Spoken French and Spanish if suitable demand) Notetaker present: No. Delegate camera on or off? Off Delegate active or passive participation? Passive in session, written questions to speakers and delegate chat available in conference platform. Recorded? Yes, presenters and interpreters only
  • I have not received my log in details to access the conference
    All delegates who bought tickets before 21.6.25 should recieve an email titled 'Conference Access Information' please ensure that you have checked your spam/junk folders and also your deleted items to ensure that it has not been automatically deleted by your email provider. If you are still having issues or have definately not recieved the 'Confrence Acceess Information' email then please get in touch via email ro contact us form on the contact us page.
